As for hardware parts: We have WEPM machines, EDM machines, CNC machines, injection molding machines and punch machines, which enable us to design and manufacture molds, high precision hardware parts, injection plastic parts and sheet metal components. All of these parts and components are widely used in area of electrical appliance manufacturing, facilities & tools manufacturing and car-manufacturing.
Our factory is located in Bao′an, Shenzhen, China. It covers a total area of more than 8000 square meters, with more than 40 professional designers and more than 300 highly qualified staff members. We have fully integrated manufacturing facilities that enables us to provide comprehensive OEM and ODM service for customers. We are capable in handing the whole production process from design, sampling, mold fabrication, plastic injection, and assembly to final packaging. We had introduced the responsibility system, with Development Dept., Purchasing Dept., Producing Dept., Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and other important departments. Under production system, there are Plastic-injecting Dept., hardware manufacturing Dept., and Producing Dept. Three sectors.
